Artwork
Any artwork or altering of artwork needed, including photo scans, will be billed at $40 (v) per hour with a 15-minute minimum. PC compatible electronic artwork is required. Full color digital imaging files accepted are .jpg, .tif, .bmp, and .psd or included as part of Adobe Illustrator or Quark files. Screen-printing artwork must be vector images (.eps, .ai) and a separate electronic file for each spot color. Please include all fonts with artwork or convert fonts to paths using graphic design software. Artwork is preferably accepted via email to mail@wintechimage.com. Artwork can also be accepted on 3.5" floppy disk, cd-rom or a PC formatted zip disk. If artwork does not meet these specifications, please call for further instructions to avoid artwork charges.
Color Matching
PMS color matching for digital imaging is not guaranteed. PMS color matching is available on screen-printed products billable at $40 (v) per color.
Cancellation
Cancelled orders will be billed for work completed at $40 (v) per hour.
Screen and Setup Charges
Screen-printing orders will be billed a screen charge of $25 (v) per color. Changes made to artwork following completion of screens will be billed as additional screens. There is no charge for setup of digital imaging orders provided the artwork meets the specifications listed above.
Ordering
Only written orders will be accepted via email mail@wintechimage.com, fax or shipped (ATTN: NEW ORDERS DEPT). Any changes to an order must be signed, dated and submitted in writing. Normal production time is 2-5 business days from the date of final artwork approval depending on size of the order. Rush service is available at no additional charge depending on plant order volume at which time the request is made. It will left up to the discretion of the plant if any additional charge is required for rush orders. It is suggested that before placing orders current production times be verified. An in hands date must be included in all orders.
Change of Imprint Color
A charge of $15 (v) will be billed for each change in ink color on an identical screen print artwork.
Pre-Production Proofs
All artwork submitted would be considered ready for print unless otherwise instructed. If any artwork changes are made in house a final proof is required before production. Full color paper proofs are available at $10 (v). Digital products are available at the quantity one (1) price level and screen-printed product prints are billed at $30 (v) per piece.
Packaging
Generic un-branded packaging is available for most products. Double boxing of mug cases is strongly suggested and available at $6.25 (v) per box. No claims can be issued on breakage that occurs to mugs that are not double-boxed or palleted.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB, Aurora, IL. If a shipping method is not indicated, the least expensive method that will fulfill in-hands date expectations will be selected. Normal carrier used is United Parcel Service. Federal Express, US Priority Mail and freight carrier (for larger orders) are also available. Split shipments are available at $10 (v) for each shipment. Oversized shipping weights are dimensional; not actual and will be billed accordingly.
Payment
First time orders must be prepaid. Cashiers Check, money order, Visa, and MasterCard accepted. Net terms are offered upon completion of a credit application and approval. Any order exceeding determined credit limit must prepay a deposit.
Over/Under Runs
Under runs shipped upon customer approval only. Allow 5% for over runs. Although over and under runs are possible, we make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered.
Returns
Plant authorization required before returning any merchandise for any reason. No claim or return will be authorized or accepted after 30 days from shipment date.
